At Kinzour, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Product Checking During Delivery

After receiving the product from the delivery person, customers can check the product immediately. If the delivered product is not the desired product, the customer can return it instantly.

Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders

Eligible for Free Return

Customers can return the product without any payment if:

  • The product has any defect
  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Wrong size is delivered

In these cases, no delivery charge will be required.

Return With Delivery Charge

If the customer receives the exact product and correct size that was ordered, but:

  • The customer does not like the product
  • The size does not fit properly

Then the product can still be returned, but the customer must pay the delivery charge.

Free Delivery Orders

For products with free delivery:

  • If the customer receives the exact ordered product and correct size, but does not like it or the size does not fit, the product can still be returned.
  • In this case, the customer must pay the delivery charge.

Prepaid Orders

Full Refund Available

If:

  • The product has any defect
  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Wrong size is delivered

The customer must contact Kinzour support team. Kinzour will provide a full refund including delivery charges.

Partial Refund Available

If the customer receives the exact ordered product and correct size, but:

  • Does not like the product
  • The size does not fit properly

Then Kinzour will refund only the product price. Delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment provider or bank, as processing time may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@kinzour.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product/size was delivered. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at hello@kinzour.com and send the item to our physical outlets.

Gifts

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned product is received and verified, a gift certificate will be provided.

Non-Gift Returns

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift giver received the product first before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser. In this case, the gift giver will be notified about the return.
